| Swimming Anyone wishing to sign up for swimming at UVA at Wise (formerly CVC), contact Vindetta for information on who to call. The number of families participating determines the fee. This allows you to swim Mon.-Fri. 6-9 pm ; Sat.-Sun. 3-5pm. |
| Skating There will be two available areas for skating this year. Skating will be at Skate City in Kingsport, TN, on the 1st Thursday and at the Vance Family Skate Center in Clintwood, VA, on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Skating will be held from 1:30-3:30 PM. The cost is $3.00 and no sign up is required. |
| Gym Days Carnes Gym in Big Stone Gap, VA, will be available every Friday from 3:00-4:30 throughout the 1999-2000 school year. Mary McMahan will coordinate activies on the 1st and 3rd Fridays and Andrea Himilton will coordinate the 2nd and 4th Fridays. Volunteers needed! Contact Vindetta for more info. |
| Yearbooks The 1998-99 yearbooks will be available at the meeting on Aug. 18th for those who haven't purchased one and wishes to do so. The yearbooks for this coming year will have to be prepaid. Hopefully, the cost will not exceed $20.00. The more yearbooks purchased, the less expensive the cost. |
